I’m Ben a 52-year-old expat who left Australia in 2020 during the pandemic to start a new life in Thailand. Over the years, I’ve faced every challenge that comes with relocating—securing visas, setting up bank accounts, finding the right home, and navigating daily life in a new country. For years, I bumbled around and figured it all out on my own—until I met my wife, a Thai national with a passion for real estate and a deep knowledge of the local market. In 2024, she earned her real estate license, and together, we founded The One to help others make their dream of living in Thailand a reality.
